1. Offers and Eligibility
Each checkout page controls the offer shown on that page, including price, billing cadence, included products, access level, trial terms, promotional credits, and any bonus materials. Offers may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time before purchase.
2. One-Time Purchases
One-time products, including reports, special editions, and lifetime or fixed-access offers, are charged once at checkout unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. Delivery may occur by email, gated link, account access, or another digital fulfillment method.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
Recurring Signal plans renew on the schedule disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel or the plan is otherwise ended. Renewal prices, taxes, and fees may vary based on the plan, promotion, and billing location.
4. Upgrades, Credits, and Promotions
Upgrade credits, coupon codes, introductory discounts, annual savings claims, and limited-time bonuses apply only as described in the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.
5. Delivery and Access
Digital access is typically delivered to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam, promotions, and security filters. If a payment succeeds but access does not arrive, contact support so we can verify and restore eligible access.
6. Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund prior charges or remove access already delivered. Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless the offer, account status, or applicable law requires a different result.
7. Refund Review
Because The Signal provides digital research and newsletter content, payments are generally final once access or delivery has been provided, unless the checkout page states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. We may review duplicate charges, technical delivery failures, billing errors, or exceptional cases individually.
8. Chargebacks and Account Standing
If a charge is disputed, reversed, or marked fraudulent, access may be paused while the payment status is reviewed. We may request additional information to verify account ownership, delivery, or billing authorization.
